Now, don’t get us wrong; this doesn’t mean marketing is losing its pizzazz. In fact, it’s evolving into something even more fascinating! Brands are turning to memes, viral challenges, and social media like never before. They’ve realized that in this mad cost-of-living crisis, the way to a consumer’s heart is through humor.

Instead of bombarding us with serious jargon and perfect models, they’re cracking jokes and embracing imperfection. They’ve learned that authenticity and relatability are the keys to our hearts (and wallets). So, if you see a quirky meme about a sandwich, don’t be surprised. It’s just a business trying to survive and make you laugh while they’re at it!

Over the past few months, we’ve been working with Neil Pike Architects – an established architect firm who’ve planned developments all across the UK, and across the pond near Lake Michigan and Ohio.

They came to Qualixx hoping to expand on their current positive word-of-mouth reputation by scaling up their social media presence and SEO demand capture channels. During this time we’ve seen over a 200% increase in social media following and website visits.

The next stage of Neil Pike Architects strategy is to build upon our solid online presence and dial-up those sales leads even more. Over the course of our 12 month partnership, we can’t wait to see how much we can grow our revenue.

Goal Get It

Goal Get It came to us as a complete new start-up, with the aim of promoting productivity through a priority to-do list app – that helped to prioritise short-term goals, but remind users of lifetime goals and in turn, provide advice and support in how to get there.

Firstly, we worked with an insights and research group to understand the needs and wants of our group. This helped in building an app skeleton to understand the processes of how we wanted the app to behave.

The next step was to build the app itself on both Apple iOS and Android platforms, followed by a website to help with instructions. With a paid media plan across Instagram, YouTube, Google Display, and Facebook – we managed to grow combined app-store growth to 3000 users in the first month. From then, we could leave Goal Get It with a blueprint to continue their trajectory.
